Glasslines NZ delivers the finished products the length and breadth of the North Island using their own delivery fleet of trucks. There is three main parts to the role and are all as critical as each other:
- Safely driving a class 2 vehicle
- Loading and unloading glass.
- Communicating and dealing with valuable clients.
We are looking for applicants who have:
- Experience within the glass industry is an advantage, however applicants with transferrable skills from other employment should apply.
- Any experience in deliveries or freight in other industries is considered advantageous.
- A solid driving track record – Class 2 or above heavy truck licence
- The ability to get stuck in with loading and unloading product
- Motivation to learn and be physically strong and fit
- Dedication, reliability, a great work ethic and high personal standards
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- An uncompromising approach to health & safety
