Glasslines NZ delivers the finished products the length and breadth of the North Island using their own delivery fleet of trucks. Each one of these trucks needs to be loaded correctly to ensure the cargo reaches its destination in perfect condition.
- Loading glass onto trucks
- Using barcode scanning equipment and software.
- Using an overhead gantry crane
- Devanning Glass.
Extensive training and guidance from within our experienced team will be provided. This role is an integral part of the business and you would be part of a small tight knit team focused on getting it right.
We are looking for applicants who have:
- Experience within the glass industry is an advantage, however applicants with transferrable skills from other employment should apply.
- Any experience in deliveries or freight in other industries is considered advantageous.
- Motivation to learn and be physically strong and fit
- Dedication, reliability, a great work ethic and high personal standards
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- An uncompromising approach to health & safety
